About these terms

These terms apply to the app Pebbles and this website. Both are run by Leon Grimmeisen, Roibos Labs (see the Impressum). By using them, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Pebbles Pro

The app is free to download, with one optional purchase:

• Pebbles Pro is a one-time purchase. It unlocks the paid features for good on the Apple Account you buy it with.
• It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, and there is no free trial.
• Apple handles the payment through the App Store. The price depends on your country.
• On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchase in the app’s settings, using the same Apple Account.
• Apple handles refunds. Your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer is not affected.
• Features you have unlocked stay unlocked. New features may be free or part of Pebbles Pro.

Not medical advice

Pebbles is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before big changes to your training, diet or health.

What the app is for

Pebbles is made for filling your sports goals, with data from Apple Health or counted by you. Double-check anything important before you rely on it.

Links to other sites

The app and this website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaching an essential obligation, and only up to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of app. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.

Which law applies

German law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, in the app or on this page.
